Source crosswalk

The recorded planning discussion and synthesis. Design review is not implementation or empirical validation.

Public edition of a studio document. Read its date and status. Earlier proposals and research remain historical; later direction is recorded in the living master plan and dated evolution, not retroactively validated.

Source A: becoming-astrobot-master-plan-v0-1111.md, internally Becoming + Astrobot Master Plan v0.3; 58,150 bytes; SHA-256 4a07a9eed407380a44ecec2998dee4e00468e4ce1d3c082079889de607ed867f. This is the plan used by Godz 4.

Source B: simsim_master_plan_v0.3.md, 68,908 bytes; SHA-256 7347be0ca35a7b4e0ec0953d75fee275645b67b5e7a3805c9fc8358948969ad5. This is God I's proposed upgrade, attached in simsim.

The original supplied simsim_0.1.md is internally Master Plan v0.2. Godz 3's simsim_0.2.md follows filename numbering and is an independent creative proposal, not a newer authoritative branch.

Source A ID Meaning Related Source B ID Reconciliation
D01–D17 Shared core scope and principles, with wording evolution D01–D17 Preserve original text and status; specifically distinguish founder openness intent from untested service model
D18 Intended Becoming master brand; replaceable companion; optional Sony route D18, D19 Latest founder naming uncertainty supersedes prior brand selection; Sony remains optional hypothesis
D19 Basic readable history and portable saves D07, D22, D23 Same portability direction; paid preservation and support are separate proposals
D20 Private story preview, separate generation/publication choices D24, D25 Media consent and playable continuation remain later tests
D21 Truthful anonymous access gifts D21 Similar intent, preserve source wording and provenance
No equivalent new ID Signature post-G1 Relay D20 Earlier source G2 already supports a handoff; signature framing is a proposal
BS-003 Combined master-summary amendment BS-003–007 One source groups items that another separates; retain both historical registers
Godz 4 BS-004–012 Later growth/creator/IRL/product-learning proposals Overlaps B BS-004–007 Namespace as GZ4:BS-004 etc.; do not overwrite B's existing IDs

Source B D26–D28 clarify no new G1 backend, separate source/visibility labels, and evidence categories. Carry as proposals with source references, not retroactive approvals.

For the final merged plan, use a new unique master decision namespace plus source cross-references, or retain explicit A:/B:/reviewer: prefixes. Preserve disagreement rather than selecting a document solely by its version label.

The three master-brief attachment variants in the local manifest are byte-identical at 32,972 bytes and SHA-256 be87c60fe73b702cf469bd138cc8ca33b6040864d252a871734ee1348325c81f; duplicate filenames are not independent evidence.

Additional integration lineage

simsim reports an assistant-authored Becoming / simsim — Master Plan v0.4 · review checkpoint, file ID file_000000003958820692de99a6a4f1f8f7, 145,140 bytes at save. This generated file is not directly exposed as a local attachment by read_thread. Do not claim the entire artifact was read or independently hashed.

The exact D22–37 and BS-004–006 entries were returned in Round 02 synthesis response [internal record ID omitted] and are preserved in ROUND_02_SYNTHESIS.md. Namespace them simsim-local-v0.4:. Their future validation labels R1/R2 refer to that document's checkpoint/fork experiments, not completed cross-review rounds R01/R02. Preserve this distinction in the final plan.

Live byte-count verification found Source A has 468 split lines; earlier reported 469 likely counts a terminal blank line differently. Its byte hash is the stable identity; do not treat the line-count presentation difference as a new document.

Direct Astro founder steering and final candidate

  • Detailed Astro architecture direction (source retained in the studio record): actual simsim user message[internal record ID omitted], read in full. Weighted goals, plausible trajectories, feedback, optional symbolic lenses, counterpart modes, privacy and a small MVP. Illustrations are not current personal facts or validated predictions.
  • Preceding personal-world-model framing (source retained in the studio record): actual user message[internal record ID omitted], read in full. Integrated through actual reviews24–29; implementation and private monitoring were not authorized by these planning notes.
  • Round29 candidate (source retained in the studio record): assistant synthesis[internal record ID omitted] and verbatim tail recovery[internal record ID omitted]. The recovered text matches the originally retrieved head; the full candidate was supplied to all three Round30 reviewers.
  • The candidate's reference to ASTRO_MASTER_PROMPT.md was not substantiated by supplied contents/version in the audit packet or retrieved attachments. It is excluded as an authority unless independently supplied and read. Minimal explicit handoffs may remain a design proposal.
  • God's Eye View assessment (source retained in the studio record) records the separate founder-suggested repository check. No installation, runtime benchmark or stack adoption is claimed.

Completed numbered syntheses are planning evidence only. Source-qualified disagreement and unrun test status remain part of the final baseline.

Final lineage

Round 29 candidate: [internal record ID omitted], continued verbatim by [internal record ID omitted]. Round 30 final synthesis: [internal record ID omitted]. Final footer recovered verbatim in delivery repair [internal record ID omitted]. Twenty exact amendments applied once each; escaped paragraph delimiters rendered as newlines. No new review cycle or source authority inferred.

E01 integration sources — received 18 September 2026

  • SimSim_Astro_Conversation_Transcript(2).docx: 59114 bytes; SHA-256 6e18aa04e4c82d22c71dd1ec00fbf3a698a1d25c8a61428e4795729df404c83f. Supplied for this integration; raw private source is not distributed.
  • Pasted text.txt: 21633 bytes; SHA-256 299ee032ebe639c8fec8f35b3be6b00ea0d9d557ed15eec9960ed55f5394eb1d. Supplied for this integration; raw private source is not distributed.

The transcript was read as attributed user/assistant dialogue, not as independent evidence of private claims or scientific accuracy. The integration brief is founder direction and ends mid-sentence; no omitted instructions were reconstructed. E01 publishes only generalized product concepts, with assistant suggestions distinguished from adopted direction. The input files remain outside this public repository.

The pre-update public master-plan bytes are preserved at Round 30 baseline. Existing numbered packets, syntheses and the complete review appendix are unchanged. E01 supplies the new decision namespace and the architecture proposal supplies the experimental contracts. Earlier technical research is historical, not reverified by this integration.

E02 — September 18 SimSim Protocol exploration

Source: the founder-supplied “SimSim Protocol — Brainstorm Transcript,” following E01. New direction is recorded chronologically in the Protocol evolution and pilot scope. It is not part of the historical thirty-round review. The supplied transcript ends mid-phrase; no absent continuation is asserted. The public record summarizes product direction rather than publishing private participant data. Previous E01 planning remains in its frozen edition.

E03 — September 18 sovereignty and reuse audit

The latest founder message explicitly requests research, architecture, reuse assessment and chronological master-plan integration, not major infrastructure. It ends at “3. PERSONAL AI”; no omitted continuation is reconstructed. E03 evolution maps new, reinforcing, conflicting and experimental ideas; the reuse matrix identifies exact public repositories and source limitations.

A subsequently supplied ASTRO_MASTER_PROMPT.md, version 1.0 dated September 15, was read during E03; SHA-256 8a4e5fd45a85df37f4b4642637acf26d2ae250c2002c3e3c19bfbcf48eda28b6. It supports bounded handoffs, a coherent companion interface and protection of attention. This later verification does not rewrite the Round 30 finding that the file was unavailable to that audit. Private personal content is not republished. Descriptions of routines are historical source statements, not evidence of a currently active or authorized automation.

The working source set includes the living plan, preserved final baseline, v0.3 plan, Becoming master brief, handoff, E01 transcript/integration brief, E01/E02 architecture and evolution, design/asset/engine/proof notes, and relevant numbered review contracts. Duplicate historical packets remain accessible in the appendix; E03 does not claim a fresh line-by-line audit of every duplicate, every repository implementation, or unavailable documents on other machines. Earlier engine/tool research is retained as dated material, not reverified by this memory audit.

Where older briefs, proof thresholds or operating proposals conflict, the preserved final baseline and explicit later decision records control current planning. The six-new-player/four-same-player understanding-plus-voluntary-route G1 observation remains provisional and unrun. Public source hashes establish byte identity, not empirical truth. Exact package versions, unresolved licenses, maintainer continuity and security claims require the listed adoption checks.
