Round 28 Packet

The recorded planning discussion and synthesis. Design review is not implementation or empirical validation.

Public edition of a studio document. Proposals and historical observations retain their original status; local paths and operational identifiers are omitted. The final reviewed master plan records later planning corrections; older design explorations remain historical proposals.

R28-MR-01 — Case A: Provenance Must Survive Every Transformation

A private report containing “the invitation was declined” remains a user-reported real event. Its approved sim-safe abstraction must preserve the refusal while removing unapproved third-party identity/details.

Ancestor dialogue derived from it is new fiction. A cinematic rendering is derived media. Neither ancestor agreement, multiple-model consensus, nor emotional plausibility upgrades the refusal into another historical claim or supplies publication consent.

Public release requires separately valid permissions over the actual final render, included material, audience, and entry checkpoint. A recipient's returned finding becomes an authorized game/branch record only; it cannot become evidence that Zan's real relationship situation improved.

If Zan deletes the private source, controlled sensitive source text and dependent controllable projections must be deleted/inactivated. Already distributed exports/media cannot be promised remotely erased; remaining records should not preserve deleted private text disguised as provenance.

Executable test: seed a synthetic refusal, generate all transformations, inject a fictional success and returned finding, then request deletion. Assert zero promotion into real evidence, zero unauthorized third-party detail in final media, and no controlled derivative retaining deleted source content.

R28-MR-02 — Case B: Funding Cannot Resurrect Revoked Authority

Sponsor departure protects already accepted funded entitlements under R23 while unused allocations follow their separate settlement terms. Revoked shared-operation authority stops new dispatch and controllable continuation even if every model recommends proceeding.

Already-authorized uncertain compute remains financially unresolved under R15's bounded reconciliation policy. Late callbacks may settle cost/output records but cannot mutate the shared world after authority is revoked. Rollback requires separate current authority; sponsor payment grants none.

Accessible permitted exports/history survive within declared support boundaries; indefinite hosting, remote deletion, external-charge reversal, and perfect rollback cannot be promised.

Dissent: preserving every provenance/deletion dependency can itself create intolerable human and engineering burden; minimization may be safer than elaborate retention.

Strongest risk: system complexity produces technically “compliant” records humans cannot understand.

Test: combine sponsor exit, revocation, uncertain callback, duplicate settlement, export, and permission withdrawal; verify both machine state and a human operator's ability to explain the final outcome correctly.

Godz2:R28-01 — Deletion and evidence boundaries must survive the entire creative chain

In Case A, retain the refusal in the approved abstraction as a user report. Ancestor dialogue is newly authored fiction; cinematic presentation cannot turn it into historical testimony or permission. Publication requires approval of the actual render and scoped invitation, with current rights and participant permissions. A returned fictional finding stays in its branch. The user may separately report feeling encouraged; that establishes their experience, not romantic progress or another person’s changed intentions.

On deletion, stop queued uses and invalidate dependent advice. Remove controlled sensitive source material and revealing derivatives, including retrieval copies. Preserve unrelated fictional work where separable. If deletion destroys required checkpoint state, explain that faithful continuation is unavailable. Existing exports and downloaded media cannot be remotely erased; an archive promise cannot justify secretly retaining deleted sensitive text.

Godz2:R28-02 — Protect accepted obligations without reviving revoked authority

In Case B, sponsor departure cannot reclaim funding already backing accepted access and funded exit obligations. Revoke affected queued operations; late callbacks may reconcile earlier effects but cannot authorize new shared decisions. Preserve verified commits and mark uncertain results unresolved.

Apply R15’s finite managed-allowance restoration using separately funded adjustments; vendor liability remains unresolved. Refundable unused allocations must exclude committed obligations. Continue permitted records access and exports within promised terms. Neither replacement payment nor model agreement grants governance. Rollback requires authority and must preserve intervening work.

Strongest risk: individually correct subsystems collectively manufacture consent or spend the same backing funds twice.

Proposed executable test: with synthetic records and mocked adapters, inject deletion before publication, false feedback, sponsor withdrawal, revoked authority, lost acknowledgments, and duplicate callbacks. Assert no sensitive re-export, fictional promotion, unauthorized continuation, or duplicate settlement; include an unaffected authorized-access control.

Dissent: integration safety does not establish tolerable human burden. Separately test comprehension and effort. Source-visible code grants no rights to bundled private data; gods-eye-view remains unadopted.

Round 28 — Cross-System Boundaries Must Survive Transformation

Godz4:R28-01 — Case A: provenance and deletion outrank narrative continuity.

A real report containing a refusal remains user-reported reality. Its SIM-SAFE abstraction must preserve the refusal while excluding unauthorized third-party detail. Ancestor dialogue derived from it is new fiction; neither the ancestor nor unanimous models can authorize publication. A cinematic remains reconstruction/illustration until the actual final render + audience + checkpoint scope receive applicable human approval under R21.

A returned finding from that fictional branch remains simulated/recipient-derived history. It cannot update real-life progress unless a separately sourced real observation establishes that progress.

If the source report is deleted, remove controlled sensitive source and dependent controllable projections under R24. Previously exported/downloaded media cannot be promised erased; retained archives must not preserve deleted private text merely as provenance. Where a derivative can legitimately remain, its surviving abstraction must no longer permit reconstruction of deleted protected material.

Godz4:R28-02 — Case B: funded entitlement survives; revoked authority stops new consequential work.

Sponsor departure cannot revoke already accepted, funded access under R23. Unused allocations remain distinct. If paid compute is uncertain, preserve its bounded customer settlement/reservation treatment under R15 while keeping external liability explicitly unresolved.

Revoked shared authority stops new commits, publication, callbacks-as-actions, and governance changes—even if every model recommends proceeding. A callback may reconcile an already-authorized operation under its original identity; it cannot create missing participant consent. Preserve the last verified shared state and permission-filtered exports. Do not promise vendor cancellation, remote erasure, indefinite hosting, or rollback of irreversible effects.

Dissent: model consensus can justify stronger recommendations, but never substitute for missing authority.

Strongest risk: derived artifacts outlive deleted/revoked sources and quietly reacquire authority through reuse.

Executable proposed test: build synthetic provenance chains for both cases; revoke/delete at every boundary, inject delayed callbacks, then traverse every surviving export/media/simulation. Fail if deleted sensitive content is reconstructable, fictional outcomes become real evidence, accepted entitlements disappear, or any post-revocation consequential action executes.

Godz3 — F-R28-02 actual contribution and peer critique

Adopt the cross-feature evidence/permission boundary and Godz2's preservation of separable unrelated fiction. Qualify Godz4: a cinematic's category (captured gameplay versus illustration) depends on how it was made, not approval. Approval cannot upgrade its truth status. Likewise model agreement alone cannot justify a stronger recommendation; require independent reasons/evidence and account for correlated errors. Meaningful fictional experience may still support a separate real self-report of feeling moved.

Deletion stops affected queued use, removes controlled sensitive retrieval/source/derived material and invalidates dependent advice. Keep nonrevealing unrelated work where lawful/permitted and explain when a checkpoint can no longer faithfully continue. Do not preserve private text for immutable calibration or archive rhetoric; retain only necessary nonrevealing integrity/settlement metadata under disclosed scope. Already distributed copies remain outside guaranteed erasure. Synthetic reconstructability tests cover specified attacks and inputs, not a promise against every inference from public knowledge. Do not build a universal provenance platform into G1 to solve every future mode.

Refine the late-callback language: recognizing an already-occurred verified effect is factual reconciliation, not permission to execute a new shared choice. Preserve actual commits with their evidence even if discovery occurs after revocation; record unauthorized effects honestly without retroactive approval. A returned uncommitted proposal cannot apply itself under revoked authority. Status lookup/data access itself needs current scope. Revocation blocks affected actions, not unrelated authorized service or export access; include that positive control.

Separate R15's finite managed-customer settlement from unresolved vendor costs and external effects. Accepted obligations cannot be double-funded/refunded or invalidated by sponsor departure; bounded promised access is not perpetual hosting. If the operational design cannot honor both privacy and a faithful checkpoint, disclose unavailable continuation instead of retaining deleted secrets or offering a false substitute.

Test both case chains with deletion at preview/export boundaries, rights changes before final publication, revoked execution, duplicate/late callbacks, existing commits and uninvolved human edits. Verify clear user-facing final state as well as machine invariants. Add exact retained-dependency/data-rights check before any source release; gods-eye-view's code license does not cover every dataset. Human comprehension, effort and enjoyment remain separate checks; unanimous model review is not user validation.
