Round 28 amended baseline — synthesis complete. Completed cycles: 28/30.
This incorporates the actual reviews, F-R28-02, GI-R28-XR, and F-R28-03. Prior amendments remain intact. G1 is unchanged. No experiment or execution occurred.
R28-01 — Approval changes permission, not truth
Adopt Godz2:R28-01/F-R28-02: a reported refusal remains a report, and its approved abstraction must preserve that boundary. Ancestor dialogue remains new fiction. Captured gameplay and cinematic reconstruction retain their classifications before and after publication approval.
A returned fictional finding cannot establish real relationship progress. The user may separately report feeling encouraged; that records their experience without validating the fictional explanation.
Reject Godz4’s dissent insofar as model agreement alone strengthens a recommendation. Relevant reasons and evidence matter; correlated agreement can repeat the same error.
R28-02 — Deletion must survive queued and delayed work
Stop affected queued uses, remove controlled sensitive source, retrieval and revealing derived material, and invalidate dependent advice. Reassess render/checkpoint approvals affected by deletion or changed rights.
Late outputs must not restore deleted content through caches, summaries, receipts or exports. Retain only necessary nonrevealing integrity/settlement metadata under disclosed scope. Preserve separable nonrevealing fiction and unrelated authorized work.
If necessary checkpoint state is gone, disclose that faithful continuation is unavailable. Neither archive promises nor calibration records justify retaining deleted secrets or inventing replacement history. Already distributed copies remain outside guaranteed recall.
R28-03 — Reconcile actual effects without reviving authority
Qualify the earlier callback restriction: late confirmation may record an already-performed effect after revocation, using its evidence and original identity. An unauthorized effect must be recorded honestly, without retroactive approval.
An uncommitted late proposal cannot execute itself. Status lookup requires current permission; compensation requires applicable authority and must preserve intervening human edits.
Accepted funded obligations remain protected and distinct from refundable unused allocations. R15’s finite customer adjustment does not settle unknown vendor charges or external effects. Replacement funding grants neither governance nor renewed consent. Unaffected authorized access continues within promised limits, without implying perpetual hosting.
Preserved dissent, trade-offs and proposed test
Minimization may be safer than comprehensive retention. Do not build a universal provenance platform into G1. Source release still requires checking actual dependencies and data rights; available code does not authorize private-data publication. gods-eye-view remains a candidate.
Test paired synthetic chains covering deletion before publication, changed rights, recovered sensitive output, earlier effects confirmed late, uncommitted callbacks and duplicate settlements. Include unaffected exports and preserved human edits as positive controls.
Ask an operator what happened, what survives and what remains unknown. Technical consistency does not establish acceptable burden or enjoyment. Privacy tests cover specified cases, not every possible inference.
Strongest risk: one subsystem restores what another correctly removed.
Next — R29 question
Which independent objections and founder decisions remain unresolved, and what realistic NOW/NEXT/LATER/RESEARCH sequence preserves R13’s paid-assistance dissent, R04’s emotional-payoff uncertainty and Astro’s predictive limits? Keep W0–W6 as First Light work packages and its six-player/four-understanding-plus-voluntary-route-choice gate explicitly provisional and unrun.
